L’aspiration à la bonne gouvernance tant socio-politique, économique, hospitalière qu’universitaire, est une exigence fondamentale et même une permanente mise en demeure des sociétés modernes. Nos organisations sociales se dotent, à l’effet d’une bonne gouvernance, d’instruments, d’actions et d’outils d’évaluations objectifs à même de tracer les sillons de la qualité. Le domaine religieux s’inscrit aussi dans cette logique : tant au niveau des institutions religieuses qu’à l’échelle individuelle du vécu religieux, tant au niveau des religions dites révélées qu’au niveau des religions traditionnelles (africaines), des exigences de bonne gouvernance collective et individuelle s’imposent aux pratiquants. Mais, quel type de gouvernance pourrait conduire de façon efficiente à une bonne gouvernance en religion ? Sur la maquette de cette interrogation principale se joue la possibilité d’un archétype de toutes les gouvernances : quêter entre les principes rationnels scientifiquement collectés avec en prime les exigences de suivi-évaluation d’une part et, de l’autre, la réalité plastique de la dimension spirituelle tendant à l’irrationnalité mystique du sujet humain qu’il s’agit de gouverner. Suivre, à partir des méthodes analytique et comparative, ce chemin de crète dont la sinuosité parcourt à la fois le rigorisme des sciences de la nature et la souple appréhension de la dynamique mystique, est l’ambition du présent article qui élabore des pistes pour une gouvernance humaine où la dimension spirituelle de l’homme et le religieux pourraient occuper une place de choix dans un monde dont la tendance est à l’unidimensionnalité. ABSTRACT The aspiration for good gouvernance, whether socio-political, economic, hospital, or academic, is a fundamental requirement and even a constant reminder of modern societies. To achieve good governance, our social organizations equip themselves with objective instruments, actions, and evaluation tools capable of charting the course of quality. The religious sphere also follows this logic : both at the level of religious institutions and at the individual level of religious experience, both at the of so-called revealed religious and at the level of traditional African religious, practitioners are subject to collective and individual governance requierements. But what type of governance could efficiently lead to governance in religion ? The possibility of an archetype of all governance is at stake on the model of this main question : to search between the scientificalty collected rational principles with the added bonus of monitoring and evaluation requierements on the one hand and, on the other, the plastic reality of the spiritual dimension tending towards the mystical and comparative methods, this Cretan path whose winding runs through both the rigor of the natural sciences and the flexible understanding of the mystical dynamic, is the ambition of this article which develops avenues for human governance where the spiritual dimension of man and where the religious could occupy an importance place in our world whose the tendency is the one-dimensionality.
